Ask any Indian Techies , fresh graduate or performing mind at the best work location who is full of energy and zeal and ask him straight questions ...

What's your plan down the line after few years ...?

His answer would be any one of these are no wonder all these could be his answers which are prepared are made to prepare :

1. Will join the Top MN C's like Microsoft, Google or Apple are some giants like them who has got the good perks , with salary and placement at the demanded location...

2. Will complete the MBA from the Top university in INDIA or abroad and join the good position in the above mentioned companies ...

3. After working for a decade or so ..i will start a company back in INDIA with the help of my friends or on my own with sole intention of providing the services to the top companies or Clients mentioned in the first point ...

4. Compete and strive to one among the top service provider companies in INDIA.

Indeed, one thing is really go missing is ...........

Creating my own company with the group of the good minds in the friend's circle.

America and its economy is driven majorly by the Innovations:

so the point is not that we agree upon this and stop going on our own ...

the very fundamental point is that these innovative companies are created and nourished by the individual minds ... say the Google way or the Apple way or the giant like Microsoft way ...

its the almost single mind's idea that driven these companies and America to be top at the innovations ...

no wonder the next technologies may only know from the individual minds ...

In spite of all that hurdles Steve Jobs the man who created the Apple ...he lived his idea in and outside the Harvard campus ... the Harvard or any great campus is only responsible for attracting the genuine minds who is characterised to " live is own dreams " ...rather than leave the dreams.

As said that Everything starts at Mind, its the small change that needs to be seen and more importantly the institutions and our policy makers ..

Indian scenario need to changed from the largest charity receiver to implement and influence the everyone to sustain and transform the country .... yes it takes few things

1. Time.

2. Media

2. Govt

3. institutions

4. Individual minds that works for innovation

Time is now to have our ideas which works

to create a company which will function on its own , live long , set the trend, change the face of the nation, bring the globe to a family size.
Lets shed the notion and reverse the trend that " Indian are good at the baby-care business- a service based company ", they work for someone and continue to work for some one by bringing the service-oriented business to home ...

"If the US, import techies, then Indian should keep its techies".
